amazing stay, super hosts!
great location off road parking warm hosts comfy bed
the location is super! off road parking is a major plus. cindy and ashley are the warmest hosts ever. they made sure i had everything i needed. i slept like a log in the comfy bed and the linen was great. breakfast had tons of options in a bright room!
the guest house looks a bit worn, but the value is still amazing!

amazing stay! highly recommend!
kind hosts cream tea fab location
cindy and ashley are the kindest hosts EVER. they were so cute and made sure i had everything i needed. i even got a cream tea to take away! the location is fab. It's an easy walk to both the beach and the town.
the guest house is looking a little tired here and there.

off-road parking is available, a real bonus in the area, i found a space easily, the guest house provides convenient access and eliminates the stress of searching for parking. the hosts offer complimentary cream tea to takeaway.

my double room was super clean, fresh towels were provided daily along with milk, water, tea, coffee, crisps, nuts, and even a little chocolate, that was a lovely touch and made me feel very welcome.

the location is excellent with shops just across the street, grabbing essentials was super convenient. it's also a short, pleasant walk to porth beach, perfect for a morning stroll or sunset viewing, honestly, what a gem!

the breakfast menu had plenty of options, the dining room is bright and colorful. i was given a takeaway box of scones, jam, and cream! it was totally unexpected and very generous.

off road parking warm welcome comfortable bed patchy paintwork old drape worn bedding
the location had off road parking i found this so convenient i really appreciated the warm welcome from cindy and ash they were so laid back. the bed was comfortable i slept really well. i also got a cream tea to take away i thought this was a generous touch.
the paintwork seemed patchy it looked a little untidy. the drapes looked old i think they need replacing. the bedding wasn't crisp i thought it looked worn.

friendly hosts breaky painted toilet rude family
the hosts are very nice, helpful and cute really cannot do enough for you. they take pride in what they do and go the extra mile. the breaky IS lovely and very reasonable for what you get, i would definitely like to return.
the toilet seat was hand painted and needed replacing. they had family staying and had no respect for paying guests, they was quite rude and offensive.
